The App and its content are owned by Marcus Schuff dba Schuff Software Company and BoozeTracker.org and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0, as it is free).
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice. These Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
